Freedom Crossing Academy is excited to announce that the FCA Extended Day Program is going to be internalized for the 2024-2025 school year as an extension of our school. We have been very grateful for Village Extended Day, and hope you join us in thanking them for their support of our school and their care for our students over the last six years. They have been a valuable resource as we build FCA.
Internalizing the program will allow all of the Extended Day Program dollars to go back to FCA. The Extended Day Program is self-funded, which means that once all expenses to the program are covered, any additional funds will go back into FCA for the good of the school as a whole.
We are very excited about this opportunity and hope you will support us as this endeavor grows. Please understand, over the summer as we begin this program, we may have to periodically place students on a temporary waitlist while we review enrollment to verify we have the proper staffing for the program.
Early registration is now open! To register, please complete the 24-25 FCA Extended Day Registration form below and return the form with your early registration fee of $75 to the front office. Each student will need their own registration packet (form and registration fee). Early Registration ends May 25, 2024. Payment can be made via check (made payable to FCA Ext Day) or through SchoolPay using this link:

Beginning May 26, 2024, please do not send in your registration fee with your form. We may have to put your child on a temporary waitlist while we verify we have the proper staffing for the program, we will send a payment link for the registration fee when we have confirmed that we have a spot for your child. Afterschool Enrichment Activities
Freedom Crossing Extended Day will be offering Enrichment Activities to all students who are interested.
Vendors for the 2024-2025 school year have not yet been selected. These vendors will offer additional classes in art enrichment, sport enrichment and other educational opportunities. The vendors and class types may vary year to year depending on the vendor’s schedule and availability within our school. These classes are considered “specialized classes”, so they do charge an additional fee, which is paid directly to the vendor. Once the vendors are selected for the 2024-2025 school year, they will be added to this website.
All students at FCA are allowed to participate in these activities, they are not only for FCA Extended Day Students. However, there is a $25.00 annual registration fee that is paid to FCA Extended Day that covers enrollment for the enrichment classes for the entire year. Once our enrichment vendors have been selected, the Enrichment Only Registration form will be added to this website.
