We are proud to announce that Freedom Crossing Academy has been recognized as a 2024–2025 Capturing Kids’ Hearts® National Showcase School — for the fourth consecutive year!
This prestigious recognition is a testament to the dedication, heart, and passion our entire staff brings to fostering a culture rooted in strong relationships, trust, and connection. Out of thousands of schools that applied, only 876 campuses nationwide received this honor — making it all the more meaningful.
Every FCA staff member plays a vital role in our continued success. From classroom social contracts to the positive affirmations seen across campus, our commitment to the CKH process shines brightly each and every day.

Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) is a proactive, school-wide framework designed to improve student outcomes by promoting positive behavior, enhancing school climate, and reducing disciplinary issues. Backed by national research, PBIS helps improve students’ quality of life while supporting academic and social success.

Meet Freddie Falcon – FCA’s School Mascot!
Say hello to Freddie Falcon, the friendly mascot of Freedom Crossing Academy! With his wings wide open and a heart full of love, Freddie is eager to help every student achieve success as they “Take Flight and Break Barriers” in their academics, the arts, and extra-curricular activities.
Freddie believes that great character, kind actions, and doing your best are what make you truly soar. He reminds us every day to follow The FCA Way — Focused on Safety, Committed to Responsibility, and Always Respectful — and to lead by example with the Six Pillars of Character: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship.
Freddie enjoys celebrating student success at assemblies, spreading encouragement in the hallways, and cheering on acts of kindness all around campus. He’s always looking for students who are making positive choices and treating others with respect. With Freddie Falcon by our side, we can dream big, work hard, and lead with heart.
